My profile

 I am currently working in department of neurosurgery, in Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, as resident doctor in MCh neurosurgery, since June, 2020. 

I graduated in Medicine (MBBS) in 2011 from Institute of Medicine, Kathmandu Nepal in 2011. Then post graduated in general surgery from National Academy of Medical Sciences, Mahaboudha Kathmandu in 2017. 

I have worked as general surgeon in B and C medical college, Teaching Hospital after my post graduation, and then as non-academic registrar in Upendra Devkota Memorial National Institute of Neurological and allied sciences, Bansbari Kathmandu. 

I have some publications, and some articles in different newspapers in Nepal.

Nepal is developing nation, and hence the issues related to healthcare are multiple and varied. Clinicians or non clinicians, without addressing all the relevant dimensions, are not going to help for holistic management of any issues related to health. This holds more true when there is huge shortage in the delivery of  healthcare to the general population from the state and there is huge discrepency between services provided by different government and private sector health care providers, which entirely differ in quality, cost and accessibility of health care they provide. This forum aims for exchange of experiences and ideas for betterment. We should always be open for sharing my ideas and getting each others' feedback and e xpecting each other's support and creative comments.
